Kelly Rowland, is an American singer and entertainer. Born in Atlanta, Georgia and raised in Houston, Texas, Rowland rose to fame in the late 1990s as one of the founding members of the girl group Destiny's Child, of which she was the co-leader as the first chorus singer, and second solo singer. Her total record sales, when combined with the group, have surpassed 95 million worldwide between albums, lead singles and featured singles (75 with the group and 20 as solo artist).

During the hiatus of the group, Rowland collaborated with rapper Nelly on the Grammy Award single "Dilemma", a worldwide number-one hit, and released her rock pop-influenced solo debut Simply Deep in 2002. It became a commercial success, selling more than two million and a half copies worldwide, and garnered four more or less successful singles, among "Stole" and "Can't Nobody". Following the formal disbandment of Destiny's Child in 2005, Rowland's often-delayed second album, Ms. Kelly, was released in 2007. It spawned the international hit singles "Like This" and "Work", and was re-released the following year, going to sell a million and a half copies worldwide between standard and deluxe version. In 2009, she scored another Grammy Award number-one hit with her contribution on French DJ David Guetta's single "When Love Takes Over". In 2010 she recorded the MTN theme song for the 2010 FIFA World Cup "Everywhere You Go" and anticipates her third solo studio album with four singles, among the international hit "Commander" featuring David Guetta (and Nelly on the single's urban mix).

We all think it would be great if we could just upload our songs, make a nice looking page and then wait to be discovered. Unfortunately, that almost never happens. Radiorockcafe

RadioRockCafe, a 100% rock/blues internet radio station, has a show called Indie Time that helps indie bands from the rock scene get known.

Every Sunday, RadioRockCafe will give approximately 2 hours of excellent indie music.Selected artists will have an entire album put into airplay rotation (or multiple albums if you have more than one).

Selected artists will be on air and also be part of the special request playlist.

Every half hour the station (top and bottom of the hour) broadcasts 2 songs at random from the indie listing giving the indies even more exposure.

The station also hosts interviews through Skype with bands when featuring full album presentations.

And, as soon as your music is in their library, it becomes available for your fans to request and hear. No voting and no request emails.

While there is no formal compensation RadioRockCafe are members of, and report airplay to, SOCAN (the Canadian performing rights organization for royalty distribution similar to ASCAP and BMI).

For almost 2 years now, RadioRockCafe has been devoted to bringing indie music to more and more listeners using the internet. 50% of its programming is based on independent music. Since January 2009, RadioRockCafe got over 20 million hits on their website.

Airplay reports state that we have broken the 1.5 Million listeners for 2010
