I am a sound doctor, a mix surgeon, a musicians' psychotherapist.I have an holistic approach that sees music as a "magma" to forge as a whole thing without getting lost in noisy particularls. Song critique and potential mix and production help

I will critique the submitted song, offer suggestions as far as songwriting, production and the mix. I am also willing to mix that critiqued song for them, no charge to the artist. Artist would be responsible for shipping the session to me, and would sign an agreement that this was done on spec, no money changed hands, and I as the Mix Engineer would be given a "Mixed by Chris Matty" credit. Some of my mixing, production, and songwriting credits include, Jamie Drastik (Making the Band 2), Linkin Park (remix), It Factor Music, Kerri Edelman (niece of famed composer Randy Edelman), and E Major Productions, My songwriting partner Erin Murphy-Dunn (ASCAP) and I have had success in television placements with Block City Entertainment, OutTv, “Chris and John to the rescue”, and John Simpson Productions. I have also enjoyed radio and placement success with Kerri Edelman’s album. Her singles “Echo” and “Sinking in” have been spun on college and internet radio stations such as Girls Rock Radio. “Vanilla Skies” was selected as the song to represent “Goddess Energy-Flirt Sports Drink” and "Another Life" was placed in the trailer for the independent film "Life Just Happened" for Yes Productions.

Justin Honaman's "Saturday in the South" has been chosen by CBS sports and LG to be played all year during the CBS Sports SEC Game of the week. If you take a listen to the song you can understand why, it is perfect for this type of sporting event. Justin Honaman connected with Alex Torres through one of the interactions Alex had posted on his profile and the two started working together right away. We should mention that this is a follow on to the previous success story regarding these two connecting and this one is even more exciting.
