The Snake

This is one of my favorite songs from the album! Todd and I had originally considered removing it from the album, but after an impromptu session in the studio, we re-recorded it. From a sonic standpoint it all came together as well with the ambient and unique percussion, and haunting lyrics with multiple meanings.

This new concept album by LyAllen chronicles a young girl's escape from evil in search of her father. The song "Home" is the opening scene.. An opening cacophony of the evil she feels breaks into the musical dialog of her tale as she longs to escape
