Indie Music Channel’s hit independent radio show, The Radio Café, is once again adding songs from ReverbNation artists. At least 100 songs will be added to the show from January to June 2013. If your song is chosen for airplay, The Radio Café will notify you as to when it will start spinning. The Radio Café may also request to do an on-air interview with you over the phone or in the studio. Your music will remain in rotation each week based upon voting done by the listeners.

About Dewey Beach Music Conference & Festival: DBMC may not be the biggest music conference in the northeast, but it has garnered more than its fair share of critical acclaim, rave reviews and enthusiastic return participants. This is due in no small part to the consistent quality of talent and its location. Dewey Beach sits on a narrow peninsula between the Atlantic Ocean and Rehoboth Bay. The result is a casual, laid-back vibe that almost seems like a beach vacation. All performance venues are within a few blocks walking distance of the main conference area. Wilmo Rock Circus will select at least two (2) ReverbNation acts to perform at its festival at the legendary World Café Live. The event has won Best Event of the Year by WSTW Hometown Heroes two years in a row.

About Wilmo Rock Circus: Wilmo Rock Circus is an all ages original music festival going into its third consecutive year. The event pairs unique acts together as a live music sampler. Last year, twenty-two bands played on three different stages. World Café Live is a world class venue with a 750 capacity theater with a balcony space in the main room that can hold an additional 200 people. There is also a 160 capacity dining area with a stage. Last year Wilmo Rock Circus had artists perform on the main stage, balcony, and the upstairs room. Attendance was 300 the first year and a little over 600 last year. The show has been broadcast live both years, the first year by Graffiti Radio and the second year by both Graffiti Radio and iradiophilly.com.

About The Ladybug Festival: The Ladybug Festival was created as a free all ages block party on 2nd & LoMa. The event puts 20 female performers into five different businesses along the block. The event drew approximately 700 people the first year, and packed each of the five businesses from start to finish. This year, an outdoor stage is being added to kick off and wrap up the festival.

Girls Talk TV will select at least five (5) ReverbNation acts to perform at Park Star at Six Flags America in Maryland from May thru August and then in October. All male and female artists from all genres of music will be considered. The performance along with an interview will also be included in the “The Free Speech” DVD series. There is also an opportunity for the selected artist or band to host the next DVDseries and open up at the next music competition! The selected acts will be seen on TV, DVD, promo materials and on Six Flags’ big screens. They will also be given the opportunity to perform at a few open mics in Washington DC.

The shows take place on the fourth Saturday of May, June, July, August and October.

About Airlift Acres: Airlift Acres is a beautiful 50-acre event location situated in a country setting with a enjoyable atmosphere and is conveniently located just minutes from Maryland’s number one premiere beach resort Ocean City. The venue is also located minutes away from the popular Ocean Down’s Casino and Racetrack and the historic Town of Berlin which had been host to several motion pictures.

Gravity Given Productions and Forward Productions will select one (1) ReverbNation act to open for two nationally-recognized acts, The Slim Kings featuring Billy Joel’s drummer of 30+ years, Liberty Devitto, and The Nick Clemons Band. Nick is the son of the late Clarence Clemons of Bruce Springsteen’s E-Street Band.

Selection Criteria: Similar genre, Live performance and Potential draw of 50+

Compensation: Negotiated upon acceptance. Bands will be given tickets to sell even though they are not required to sell them. Bands will not have to purchase tickets. Selected acts will also receive free admission for life to any Gravity Given Productions event, unless it is a special event.
