The growing trend among unsigned musicians, is to exploit the support of fellow artists; I imagine they spend their whole day patting themselves on the back, knowing they are taking fellow musicians for a ride, failing to consider the fact that, not only does it show great disrespect to fellow artists, many of them, more talented, but such exploitation contributes to the eventual death of these music sites, because it spreads distrust--those artists who were willing to show support, at the outset, grow tired of being taken for a ride, becoming too wary to give new artists a listen in the future--disillusion spreads, and those responsible, are also, in the long run hurting their own chances by adopting the parasitic approach! Unfortunately, some artists are too dumb to see this! And then there are the musicians that tell you that music begins and ends with them, which is dead giveaway that the tunes will be mind numbingly superficial--there are some real clowns walking this Earth :)
