I've accepted three friend requests so far and I don't see any change and I still have "0 friends". So - I think I'll just leave it at that. I won't bother going back into my inbox to accept all those other friend requests - which I think were automatically done anyways. No biggie.

Sheesh. I was wondering why I wasn't getting any friend requests. Now that I've finally figured out that I've been getting friend requests all along, I don't feel so heart broken! The internet is slow this evening and I'm quite tired so I'll wait until another evening when the internet is more speedy before I go back into my inbox and start accepting all those lovely friend requests I've received in the last 5 months.

For those of you with kids: When I was 15 and thinking about what I might be when I grow up, someone told me the following because I was thinking of going to University (but I think this applies whatever any 15 year old is thinking about doing): "Don't worry about how smart everyone is, just do it. Just do the work that is requested of you and do your best. Some of the smartest don't succeed because they don't have enough conscientiousness. They don't do what is required. They slack off because they're too cool or already smart enough or lazy or rebellious or whatever the silly reason."

One of the best pieces of advice I ever got
