M.E.A.T Magazine presents...here's a press release from Drew Masters...
"With great sadness, I wish to inform all that guitarist DEE CERNILE from SVEN GALI has been diagnosed with cancer.

Dee is one of the most loved and respected musicians I have ever known from the original M.E.A.T / old Heaven's 'scene', and has made his living in music throughout his life.

To assist Dee in his time of need, I am co-organizing (along with members of Sven Gali) a spectacular BENEFIT SHOW -- to be held on Friday, August 7th @ The Sound Academy, Toronto -- with all funds raised to go directly to Dee.

This show will take place in the MAIN concert room, with full production.

I am calling upon ALL of you who know Dee personally --- or have been entertained by him and his music throughout the years -- to attend this benefit event to show your love and support.

Several bands and artists will be appearing on this event. The final list will be posted soon.
