Thanks for your comments. I've always just played what I liked and what I thought was fun. I didn't even know I played the blues until someone told me. I kinda think there's a little blues are in the roots of most music so it's hard not to play it in one form or another.
I know where the Country influence came from thought. My Mom had me wearing cowboy boots as soon as I could wear shoes. Still wearin' 'em too. Lots of spinning of all the Country greats on the old 78's (when everything was still on vinyl.
