Artist seeking management lesson #1. You do not "find" management, We Find you! I get over 35 emails a week from artists seeking management. Maybe 1 or 2 of those artists are good enough to get my attention long enough for me to listen to more than one song. Good artists need to be Great artists to get signed! Then they need to be Amazing to actually "make" it. Are you Amazing?
