Can silence be loud?

Have you ever heard complete silence? I have heard that there are rooms that have been set up and built so that there is complete silence in there and humans have been tested in them and they claim their ears hurt from how loud silence is. I have to interview DeeGee on this subject.

I Know...you guys do not have an answer...That's aonly because DeeGee can hear things we can not...That's too bad!!!
