Hello all! It certainly has been a while; everyone in the Driven camp has been busy with School, Work, and the holidays. Thought this would be a great time to give an informal update.
Since Christmas is on the way and everyone is making shopping or wish lists, I figured why not put the word out about what Driven wants for the holidays.
1. CDs -- we have the recordings finished, as most of you have heard, but now we need duplication. Of course the one caveat is that we also need artwork. But that is coming soon, hopefully.
2. Bus -- every band needs a vehicle. It is definitely more cost effective when playing shows; no more caravans, no more spending obscene amounts of cash on gas. Plus, it allows for more people to travel with us. Hopefully, soon, we will obtain this, but priorities, priorities, priorities.
3. Projector -- It's always about the show! We have the screen but now we need something to put on the screen while we play. Of course, word of the day is caveat, we also need a video file. Yes, always something.
4. Lights -- What makes a great show? Lights. Just ask Pretty Lights; I believe the name says it all. We have a person interested in running the lights but we lack the lights. And again, that wonderful word decides to pop its little head out again, one caveat is having the means to run the lights. Always something.
Well, we definitely have our work cut out for us. We will continue to push forward and keeping knocking things off our list, as we are Driven.
P.S. We will be posting our new promo video soon on our RPK. Check it out!

What Will They Say?
So, just posted on our Facebook page a question that will hopefully illicit some feedback about which song people like the most on our Reverb Nation page. I am hoping for enough feedback to sway our decision of which song will be our first single. Will it be Awaken? Path of the Fallen? Insane Devotion? Or it could be none of them. Who knows?
Well, we have a jam session Wednesday and a possible open mic Thursday. Working on refining our set for the 26th of November. Should be a great time. Until next time...

Tremendous Opportunities at your fingertips.
So, Driven has recently joined Reverb Nation and we are thoroughly impressed with the quality of the site and the conveyed idea that, if you give Artists the opportunity to use great tools to create a successful foundation, those who are willing and determined to put in the hard work can be successful. Specifically for me (Zach), I am impressed with not only these opportunities but also the direct feedback of data one can choose to use in order to track said successes.
We are very excited to see what we are capable of within this environment and look forward to utilizing the wonderful widgets, apps, promotional tools, etc., to perform the very basic, yet very important aspect of being an Artist: networking. Through this tactic, one can open doors and break down barriers to achieve the one thing all devoted, determined, passionate, and "driven" artists want: opportunity. Thank you to whoever had the idea of creating this site and thank you to all who keep this site alive!
