All of you,and Fellow musical brothers and sisters in Christ, be strong, for we especially face many issues that the congregation is always not aware of. When you face opposition, your human nature sometimes leads you to become angry, and even though your concern may be justifiable,it could be taken as being negative, especially from some individuals that may not have the longivity, experience,or expertise that you may have. I personally have many times over, and recently become a victim of this.
Even though the internet is a great source of information and convenience,if used properly, some people may still be reluctant to use it,or may not be comfortable using it for whatever reason of their own, usually personal, making it sometimes difficult for these individuals to stay up to speed on music, lyrics, and current choir events,or church functions and events.
Even if you offer your help,it still may be fall on deaf ears! Always during this, remember to pray and ask God to fix the situation in his own time. Communication is always to key to good relationships regardless of what kind they are. E-mails sometimes are perceived differently than what your actual feelings, meanings,or intentions really are,so always discuss anything and everything you can on a one on one basis with the person(s) involved!
COLOSSIANS CHAPTER 3 :16 Let the a word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord.
Ask your Pastor and your spiritual leaders in your church for help in making all situations work out within a reasonable time. If you have a meeting, make sure all those involved are present. If there is a schedule conflict,re-schedule the meeting when it is convenient for all. Otherwise, the issue goes un-resolved and lingers on.
The enemy is busier these days more than ever. Always stay in the word, prayer, encourage, fellowship and minister always. The Songs and Music of praise are for the glory of God and to lift up the name of Jesus. Love and encourage your fellow Brothers and Sisters and Teens, and Children always! The best is yet to come!
