Zimbabwean-born singer/songwriter Sahara C is an unsigned artist based in the UK. An aspirant singer from an early age, but always very shy as a child, Sahara C started singing publically from age 19. She did her first studio session with Alton Edwards, & went on to having a regular performances around Harare, in a duo with the very talented jazz pianist Chris Chaduka. Before leaving for the UK, she had performed at the Harare Sheraton for a capacity crowd & television viewers as part of the Miss Zimbabwe pageant, she had won 2nd place in the Nexus Talent agency "Ghetto Blues" talent contest & recorded a few songs. After taking a career break, Sahara C has re-emerged to take her place upon the stage.
