Rachel is a singer / songwriter based in New York City. Her work is influenced by folk, country, rock, blues, soul, old-time and gospel music. This includes such artists as Patty Griffin, Amos Lee, Gillian Welch, Mary Gauthier, Lucinda Williams, Neko Case, Norah Jones, Howlin Wolf, Dr. John, Emmy Lou Harris, Sheryl Crow, Eva Cassidy, Mavis Staples and Townes Van Zandt. She is currently working on a full-length CD, writing new songs and playing live shows both in and outside of New York.
