"Please come to Brooklyn" simply a pop masterpiece. Love the natural reverb achieved vocally with a chord structure weaving so comfortably in a multi-lateral sense. It's really a gem, great work, very pleasant recording.....

“Brooklyn-based songwriter Rachel Lee Walsh recently made a startling disclosure: "I’m going to go on record saying this…it’s possible that I see dead people." That explains the chill that runs laps around your spine when you listen to her simple, haunting songs. Stories unfold, slowly and with a dark sense of inevitability; although her native Jacksonville, Florida is a state or two East of the great Southern writers, she's clearly steeped in that tradition. Tonight, she's part of the Knitting Factory's "Rock and Popcorn Series." Join Walsh and nine other songwriters for an evening of brisk solo sets — perfect for winding down after work.
