Rocky Update
I am a life long concert pianist, Independent Music Award winning recording artist and composer of piano driven contemporary instrumental music.
I have had the pleasure of performing more than 8,000 times, recording 10 cds and winning an Independent Music Award for my recording "The Path Ahead" produced by the Grammy Award winning founder of Windham Hill Records, Will Ackerman and featuring Michael Manring, Jeff Oster, Patrick O'Leary, Eugene Friesen and other amazing musicians.
From 1986-2003 I was the featured pianist and original cast member of the now-famous Carolina Opry Show celebrating its 39th award-winning season in the 2,000-seat Calvin Gilmore Theater in Myrtle Beach, SC.
After leaving my full-time position there, I have since been a special guest of the Carolina Opry Christmas Specials as well as performing his own music in concerts around the world.
I've played music all my life and hope to do so until my time to love on :)
As you know 2020 is proving to be a difficult time for the entire music industry and many others because of lost revenue from concerts and contracts canceled because of Covid-19.
