We appreciate all the support from our fans. We still have lots of CDs taking up space in our basement, so if you would like to purchase some, contact us at borderline.eleven.music@gmail.com. Dan's mom would be greatly appreciative! [ updated February 2017]**

BORDERLINE ELEVEN is a group of guys from Hooksett, New Hampshire who started jamming in a basement for something fun to do in their spare time back in November, 2005. They set out to create alternative rock music with positive messages and clean lyrics. After mastering some carefully selected cover songs to be sure they could even play well together, they gave songwriting a go. A monthly open mic night was available at their Concord, NH church, so they showed up regularly to test out their music. The response was very positive and encouraged them to keep going.
In the winter of 2007, they won their annual high school Battle as a sophomore band (a first) and then a local Battle in town. These events started them into serious gigging. Word of mouth spread and by the end of 2007, there were 30 performances under their belts.
Their demo turned into an EP at the request of their growing fan base, and "Pacific Wasteland" was released in the summer of 2006. Their first full-length CD, "Read Between The Lines", was released nationally on 1/4/11 and is available all over the WWW. See below for direct links to iTunes, Amazon.com and more.
BORDERLINE ELEVEN is a band with a heart for their generation and a desire to positively influence their world. In March 2008, they repeated as school champs (again a first) and opened for ELEVENTYSEVEN and THE FOLD at Summer Kickoff on May 30, 2008 in Manchester, NH. In August, they participated in SoulFest, a gig won on OurStage.com and were presented as an emerging artist. They continue to work with regional and national artists, adding bands like RECYCLED PERCUSSION, JOHN REUBEN, BOBBY BISHOP, THE CLASSIC CRIME, EVERYDAY SUNDAY and SILOAM to the list.
BORDERLINE ELEVEN is a fun band to experience LIVE with their catchy beats and high energy. They WILL put your event into HIGH GEAR!!
“It’s not an earthquake in Hooksett, New Hampshire, it’s the release of a nine-song CD by the area’s favorite sons, Borderline Eleven. Outside of some acoustics, as on the final track “2 A.M.”, the group offers a non-stop onslaught of heavy guitar battling spitfire vocals of Dan Charpentier (who also plays rhythm). The riffs are inventive and the four band mates – backing vocalist/drummer Andy Mason, backing vocalist/bassist Joe Campbell and lead guitar/backing vocalist Luke Mason – do have a sound that shows the potential to blossom in a great way.”

“NH punks inspire with debut record -
Borderline Eleven has pieced together an
impressive debut album full of audible angst,
head pounding guitar and strong lyrics.”

“...Borderline Eleven’s debut
album Read Between The Lines will energize
listeners with guitar driven neo-punk. ...What’s important is
what the band succeeds in, high-energy songs
heavy on guitar and drums.”

“Wait Outside” is a sing-able anthem with a
distinctly pop sound, while “Sweet Beginnings
and Sour Endings” provides an uplifting point
of view on life’s disappointments. Breakups
inspire tearing guitar breakdowns throughout
the album, while new relationships are the
subject of the earnest acoustic ballad “2 A.M.””
