Slotted Spoon Records is a independent record label established by Blair Smart and Sam Wrinkle in 2008.  Slotted Spoon Records is a spinoff company of Bohemian Trash Studios, an independent comic book and graphic novel publisher located in Texas/Tennessee.

Our mission is to enrich and entertain a global audience and provide a new way to experience unique and otherwise unheard music by allowing our music to be streamed online for free. Our company motto is “A revolution in artistic indulgence.” Our vision is to move, inspire and enrich people around the world with quality tunes they might not have experienced otherwise by monetary limitations, global location, or cultural boundaries. We believe in passion first and foremost. Our values are to the artist and the music first while providing audiences with the most direct access of that experience. There are no teams – only single songwriters putting stories, lyrics and music to paper creating the most intense form of storytelling in the lyrical form. Nothing here gets lost in translation. Our listeners experience the music in the rarest form – direct from the mind, mouth, eyes, soul, heart and hands of the person who conceived it.

To say we were a small independent label would almost be an overstatement.  Our label is our family and while we have no intention on growing in the next year or so we're always interested in new talent.
