We're based in Guadeloupe, French West Indies, and we're helping to promote jazz and improvised music from Guadeloupe, Martinique and even further...

First, we have created an association to inform about these kind of music. It is called le Bananier Bleu, and you can check our (french written) website at http://www.bananierbleu.com. More widely, we are talking there about all kind of improvised music, traditionnal music, jazz, groove, funk, caribbean... from these islands: artist's biographies, album's reviews, concerts...

We have also set up a brand new company, MusicMetis, to help musicians from the French Caribbean sell their CDs. You will find there caribbean jazz, gwoka music and all kind of music related to these islands. You can check the website at http://www.musicmetis.com. There is a french and english version of the website. Furthermore, we are looking to expand our catalogue out of the Caribbean, to Latin America, Africa and  in every place where music and heat are tightly joined.
