Bio: The Fishpond in the heart of Derbyshire is one of the finest pubs and live music venue in the area. Serving fine local ales from the Ashovery Brewery and Thornbridge Brewery constantly, with a guest ale on too, we also sevre a selection of continental lagers and wines. In the pub we have the capacity for a whole range of live music, from intimate candle lit acoustic nights through to hard rocking metal bands, which ever it is, its always a quality night at the pond!!! Upstairs we have the ballroom, 200 capacity venue live music venue. With full digitally powered PA system and lighting rig, backstage area and fully working bar. Like the downstairs venue, we put on a full range of high quality events, from folk through to funk, from poetry through to punk, we cater for it all.
