Bio: We're a super new venue trying to get involved in the music scene. We like to think of ourselves as a community space where bands and other creative groups can come and play for free. We've had several successful events since we opened but unfortunately, at this point, all we can offer in terms of payment, is food and drink, and the option of either having a donation jar on stage or someone collecting donations at the door. And, the exposure of course. Generally, we like the music to start close to 7:30 (when the cafe closes) and wind down by 10:30 but this is negotiable. In order to keep the cafe open after hours and staff the event, there is an expectation of at least a 50 person crowd. We do some local promotion but we rely largely on the artists themselves to get the word out. If you don't feel comfortable committing to the 50 person expectation we have the option of scheduling you during café hours, that is winding down before we close at 7:30.
