Bio: An annual Texas music festival on the banks of the Colorado River at Riverbend Park in Smithville, Texas. The 3rd Annual Smithville Music Festival will take place on Saturday, Sept. 28th, 2013. This year's theme is "Back to School Blues" and will feature headliner Michael Milligan and The Altar Boyz along with some of the best blues musicians in Texas!
