Bio: A live country music show featuring the Memory Makers Band with guest performers and guest MC's. We will showcase local talent as well as the talents of the Memory Makers Band. Biography Our history goes back to the late days of the 60's and early 70's. In the 70's most of the members were known as the "Roadmen and Rebecca" and later as "Main Street". We played in clubs of all sizes including being the houseband for the Diamond Ballroom in Oklahoma City, Ok. In recent history, most of the members were part of the "Country Standard Time Band" (Ada Opry). Our musical taste and history is deeply rooted in Traditional Country, Country, 50/60 Rock, Bluegrass, Folk, Southern Rock and Blues. The name of the Band, "Memory Makers" was selected because that is our intention. Our goal is to make the Pauls Valley Opry and event as memorable for you as it will be for us.
