Bio: The Paso Robles Brewing Company opened it's doors on Black Friday 2012. Founder's Russ and Jo Ann White, along with Shawn Copen decided to join forces after Shawn's prior venture, The Pour House, was closed due to it's premises being purchased. Russ and Jo Ann were in the process of putting a brewery together at the same time. Neither really had the experience of or wanted to run a tap room, so they approached Shawn about the idea of partnering up. They found that their specific skills and talents worked well together, and The Paso Robles Brewing Company was born. PRBC is committed to providing it's patrons with an exceptional beer inspired experienceWith 21 taps representingPRBC's line up, other local brewers, and many guest taps from around the U.S., as well as an outstanding collection of specialty bottles, one is sure to find something to satisfy their tastes. Local cider and wines are also available for those looking for something a little different. Keep an eye on the calendar for special "pint night" or "featured brewer" type events which are always a blast and often a good opportunity to try new or special brews or meet people from your favorite brewery. PRBC's relaxing and comfortable tap room fosters great conversation and a truly local feel. It's a great place to meet up with friends, make new ones, or just chill alone and get some work done over a pint or two. While here you can play one of our numerous board games or cheer on your team while watching the big game on one of our three tv's. PRBC has become the place for people to take a break from wine tasting in the area, or even invite friends to meet up and celebrate special events such as birthdays or anniversaries. In addition to it's outstanding beer lineup and relaxed comfy atmosphere, PRBC also offers great local and travelling musical acts. From Bluegrass to Blues, covers or originals, the music is always top notch and at the appropriate volume. Check out our calendar to see who's playing and when. Although PRBC does not currently have a kitchen and does not offer food other than snacks, we do allow people to bring in food as we encourage eating while drinking. There are numerous great little restaurants within walking distance that offer food to go. Ask for a menu. In addition, food is often available out front from local caterers or food trucks.
