Bio: Starting in January 2017, our weekly Friday night coffeehouse will be held at Princeton Presbyterian Church, 933 Baltimore Pike, Springfield PA 19064. We started in February 2015 as a way to build community through music. We are helping each other learn to respect our differences. We are open to everyone, especially those with disabilities. We didn’t realize at first how the musicians would support our mission. They are in with us all the way. They are so loving and caring of all who attend. And so our family has grown. Our venue is a great place for everyone to enjoy a night of fun with others in a community setting. We have built a community of giving and caring around our families and caregivers. By creating a communal space, we have provided opportunities for the building of friendships and just having a night out from the daily routine and being with others. Come and join us for fun, food, fellowship and live music. The cost is what you want to donate to us. You can sign up on our website for each event and select a donation. But you don't have to do that. Just show up and enjoy. We stand in solidarity with everyone and are a safe place for all to attend. We #Resist and do not condone what is happening in our society. We will always stand with those who are different. We are proud of their differences and the value that each one has. If you are disabled, gay, a lesbian, bi, trans, a person of color, Latino, Muslim, Jewish, a woman, an immigrant, you are safe here! We are wheelchair accessible. We've enjoyed the past 2 years at Chambers Memorial Presbyterian Church and appreciate everyone's help at the church. However, it is time for a change and grow.
