Bio: Once a barren swath of Lower Saucon Township land, the property that would become Black River Farms, was bought by Andrew Warner in 2009. Along with his wife, children, and many others, the land was transformed. The original batch of vines was planted in 2010, followed closely by a 200 KW solar array that gives BRF a negative carbon footprint. More projects followed, including the addition of bountiful fresh fruit and vegetable gardens and free-range chickens. Most recently, in 2017, BRF opened their wine tasting room to the public and in 2018, as the operation continued to expand, became a member of the Lehigh Valley Wine Trail. Today, the hard work and dedication of many has propelled Black River Farms to being one of the highest quality family-owned-and-operated businesses in Lower Saucon Township and the greater Lehigh Valley area. Enjoy a wine experience in our relaxed, rustic tasting area or on our picturesque patio! Music and Food Trucks are a regular part of the Monthly Event Schedule.
