Bio: The Athens Farmers Market is alive and thriving in Athens, GA!! And in this music town, we host 3 musical groups a week at our markets. One set is at our downtown market that is every Wednesday located at Creature Comforts Brewery. The music there goes 5-7pm. Then at our Saturday market at Bishop Park, we host two groups, first set goes 8-10am and the second 10-noon. The market pays a small stipend of $25 per set (not per person) and then you get tips, can sell merch and the vendors donate free veggies. The market also supplies a PA plus 3 mics and stands.
