Bio: This is really a charity and not a venue.This is an event with the aim of raising awareness about kidney failure and helping to raise the profile of a new National Charity which is aiming to put together a bank of portable haemodialysis machines and nursing staff in support of patients who cannot dialyse themselves. This will improve their freedom allowing them to go where they want, when they want. I had my 3rd kidney transplant in 2006 and couldn't believe that public knowledge was still so little when nobody could understand why I needed to have a second, let alone a third. I felt at that time we needed to do something, so here it is!! Live in the flesh, a new charity with a launch event to rock your socks off!! Great bands with awesome talent and big hearts willing to rock to help start to raise the 1,000,000 raise to enable us to get things started and to help with research into better treatments, drugs and possible cures along with much needed patient support.
