COSTUME CONTEST RULES:
1. Pay for a festival ticket AND a costume contest ticket.
2. Be present and participate in the Costume Contest Parade at 9 PM.
3. Be present at 11 PM when winners are announced.

We're kicking off the 24th annual season-opening of Hopper's Haunted House in Rockford, Illinois, with a massive wild and crazy full-on freak-show festival!

In addition to the 8 bands & the haunted house, there will be a Body Contortionist and Burlesque Show performing in between bands! With fire jugglers and flaming hula-hoops on a 2nd stage, body-piercing & tattoo artists, glass, jewelry and other vendors, full-bar service, and a wide variety of food!

The day-show is Family-Friendly 2 pm to 7 pm w/face-painters & rides for the kids!
The Night Show from 7pm to Midnight will be intense!
