PIT-BULLS, GERMAN SHEPHERDS and other dogs are potentially dangerous dogs when their owners let them roam for a long time in parks, neighborhoods, etc. A lot of severe injuries ( and sometimes deaths ) have been caused by HORRIBLE DOG OWNERS not obeying the leash law,etc. ! I have been attacked many times ( at parks, on public sidewalks, etc. ) by dogs ( PIT-BULLS, GERMAN SHEPHERDS, etc, ) and afterwards the owners always say to me the reason my dog isn't on a leash ( which is breaking the law ) is because he is harmless and he doesn't bite. This makes me SHAKE MY HEAD A LOT ! A lot of HORRIBLE DOG OWNERS ( that don't obey the leash law, etc. ) have caused many humans to suffer ( and sometimes die ) from some HORRIBLE INJURIES. My father was viciously attacked by a PIT-BULL ( on 9-12-15 while walking on a public sidewalk about 20 yards from our house) and my dad was severely injured ( the owner of this PIT-BULL was letting his 2 PIT-BULLS roam in my neighborhood without a leash for a very long time ) When is this HORRIBLE NONSENSE going to stop ?
