Hello Kimmy, Thanks, I realy appreciate the time you take to listen to my instrumental electric blues, I hope you will like it, I whish you a very good day. Gilles
Thank You, Foxman! I'm sorry I have not replied. Each time I come on here, I've been interrupted and kicked off the computer. Lol. Kind of how my day has been today; I'm never able to complete a task today! haha. I'm super happy and blessed to be friends with you! :) Thank You for generosity and great music! :)
So if you want to know a little bit more about me, I started playing guitar when I was 9 years old and for my first 2 years, I was strictly playing classical music because of force from my dad and too it being his favorite type of music on the guitar. lol. After 2 strong years of classical guitar, I played more of pretty much anything else someone wanted me to play. My favorite style of guitar is arpeggio and that is what I prefer to play when someone requests me a song I have yet to learn. I started writing poetry when I was 9 as well, but it wasn't until I was 12 that I expanded my poetry into creating them into music/songs. NEVER, have I played, shared, or shown ANYONE in my life ANY of my originals. My dad and brother and closest friends and other relatives know nothing about my creations. They know about my poetry and playing guitar, but not anything that I made into songs and melodies. I'm super shy and nervous when it comes to performing anything at all and I very recently decided to get out of my comfort zone a bit and make friends with people who too love music and play music in hopes that they can become the encouragement I've needed so that people may know what I have made and so that I can feel confident and great with sharing with you and other friends what I can do and what I created. You'd think my family and friends encouraged me or do encourage me to play my own stuff but all I've ever gotten from them were things like "Oh that's cool that you play!" --that in itself is the only encouragement I've gotten to help me continue playing and not quit. I did however took 2 years off with playing NOT because of choice, but because my guitar actually broke and having no money at all and no gift giving from anybody to give me new guitar, I had to wait until I graduated high school to get a guitar back because come graduation time, everybody gives you money! Lol. And I had enough money to buy myself a new guitar (Epiphone Masterbilt, cost $400 on sale, originally $800!). I graduated high school in 2011 and got my Epiphone. It feels awesome playing again because those 2 years without playing SUCKED! Lol. That's a little bit about me and guitar. I got so much more to chat with you about, but if you want to know more or ask me any further questions about myself, ask away! It is so much fun to talk with you and I look forward to doing more of it and listening to you more! :) I sometimes feel like I was overly extroverted so I try not to be. haha. Anyways, do message me back if you'd like so we can chat more! :) Thank You so much again for being my friend and for sharing with me a little bit about yourself and wanting to know a bit about me! :) You really made my day, and you are an awesome friend! :) I cannot wait to hear from you again! Hope all is good with you! Cheers, my friend! :)
