Strait rocketed to success after his first single "Unwound" was a hit in 1981. While contributing to the neo-traditional movement of the 1980s, he amassed seven number one albums in the decade with his most popular hits including "Fool Hearted Memory" and "Ocean Front Property". Strait is referred to as the "King of Country," and critics call Strait a living legend.

Although our booth wasn't blurry in real life, we were at South by Southwest (SxSW) this week introducing Music Xray to thousands of musicians and people from the interactive and music industries.
We were even interviewed by a camera crew from a program that originates in Wales (UK) and we talked about Music Xray's business model.

David Bell Jr. has been a part of the family of Music Xray artists for some time now and has found success with Music Xray through his submissions. His next step was to take advantage of the free focus group and although he was skeptical at first this is what he had to say to us after running through his first one:
The song that I put up is Time Machine by Block Scholars. Just as a side note, the song has taken 3rd place in Rap/Hip Hop category in the 2010 Billboard/Starmaker 360 Worldwide Song Contest plus a finalist (R&B/Hip Hop) and semi-finalist (Unsigned Only) category in the 2010 International Songwriting Competition. I know that the industry has taken a liking to the song, but with the focus group, I wanted to know if people like the song.
This way, with the current scores we are getting, I can show this to labels that may be interested in seeing if listeners would buy the song/album. This kind of information is PRICELESS for us indie artists trying to breakthrough. Thanks Music Xray!
Well David thanks for the feedback and for making use of just another way in which Music Xray gives artists the tools they need to get deals.
