Wanted to let you know that I have added a song from the first cd "Mamma's Got The Blues...thought I'd mix it up a little so here is the other original song..there were three. this is called Still Alive & Well...written after I realized I had survived myself...smiles...hoep you enjoy it
Also big news. I have been nominated for Blues Album 2012 with my new cd Them Menz by the german magazine Wasser-Prawda. I ha dsaid to someone that at 67 years of age..I'mjust ahppy to be nominated for anything.

Thought that I would take some time to check in and update whats happening
in my music world.
Just want to give a big "thanks" to everyone who has been supporting me after the release of the new cd "Them Menz"....the many radio stations who are giving the cd songs airplay and requesting interviews from St. Johns Newfoundland to Tampa, Florida....it is much more than I ever imagined.
If your local radio station is not playing Them Menz or any other song from the cd...please give them a call.
This operation is about as grass-roots as you can get so we ask for your assistance in whatever way you can...and thanks in advance for your support in that way.
In the meantime, we have had some amazing experiences musically singing with a big band....one of my dreams on the bucket list..... creating music for a dance company and singing the blues...smiles.
We will be singing at the Christmas Bow benefit in Edmonton December 9 and in Victoria for The Yuletide Blues in Victoria on Dec 16. We return with Blues For Christmas, the annual Greater Vancouver Food Bank benefit that I have been producing for 27 years.
I am really hoping to hit the festivals in 2013 to share my music with you live and so if you live in a city where there is a festival..make the request as we would love to come and play for you.

The cd's have arrived and everything is confirmed for our cd release party on Thursday October 11 at the Vancouver FanClub at 1050 Granville St from 6-9:00 along with Jim Foster and Robbie Steininger.
My set is at approximately 7:20 p.m
presented by Quest Records.

Well, this is my first real venture into the world of Reverbnation as i try at 66 years of age to keep up to this technoligical age...smiles.
I have been singing the blues for forty years and until four years ago had never recorded a blues album...then came "Mamma's Got The Blues' to critical and fan acclaim.
