ZBD started performing at age 6, on tin whistle in folk bands, then was trained in flute from 10. Over the years she has added guitar, bass, drums, harmonica, dijeridoo, ukelele and more, but she is primarily known as a commanding and versatile vocalist. Capable of holding the stage on her own, she has been a backup singer and instrumentalist for many years, and is most happy when part of a great team putting on a great show.
