Short History on WhoEst...

 The two deejays EvenGer and E-terno and producer/host of CU@KMS King Mobe aka Mobething coincidently started this adventure during one of the editions of the exclusive ‘deejay sessions' @ KMS. if you want to know more about the activities during these living room sessions and garden parties in the past, you'll have to check: http://kingmobe/spaces.live.com were you can read all about these musical adventures. DJ E-terno (Jean-Pierre Labriaire) started to play in some punk- and rockbands in 1994 in the south of holland, playing bassguitar and drums. In 2001, after playing in bands like Noise Pollution, Alter Ego, and Universal Code, he switched his drum-sticks for turntables and a mixer and started to mix my records, joined forces with the Belgian crew Underground Funk Mob, and the Groove Department, to organise parties in the Belgian region and in the south of holland. Recently he moved to Eindhoven to spread the breakbeat feel. Performed in Amsterdam, Gent, Dusseldorf, Hasselt, Maastricht, Heerlen, Venray, Eindhoven, Berlin and more. DJ EvenGer ("WhoEst-G") also joined the living room sessions in the early days, and spinned at several other locations in the south of the Netherlands, mostly freaky stuff like minimal, jazzy ambient grooves and more complicated techno raves. King Mobe ("WhoEst-K") has a long history in arts. In the eighties he had a list af exhibitions on post modern art and abstract expressionism, later on he studied Grafic Design and worked for a long time behind the music scene and the music business, organizing livemusic events and assisting in several venues festivals, theatres and other great music events on all kind of levels. He was the co-founder of SoundDish Radio (live streaming web radio) and founder of the Groove Department, KMS, and initiater of WhoEst. King Mobe mostly starts off with breaking every possible deejay rule. Eventually saved by the Intelligent Beats from DJ Evenger or the uplifting Funktech Breaks from DJ Eterno. The unexpected record choices of the WhoEst deejays and weird digital remixes of Mobe will surprise any audience, sometimes leaving them positively amused and at other times people of all ages have to endure digital overdrives, howling and screaming riffs, and conflicting rhythms, all of which are balancing on the edges of ambient grooves and  dazzling ‘disco’ beats.
