Victoria was born and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah. She was singing the C scale before she was one year old and started performing at the age of three. She is the daughter of a Native American mother Elizabeth Dennison from the Navajo tribe in Tohatchi New Mexico. Her father is Mr. Carlos I. Chavez a Hispanic American.Ms.One of her highlights was being invited to perform at the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City, Utah.
