Bio: A three day long musical adventure in the Town of Canso, this festival is a tribute to the Canadian singer/songwriter Stan Rogers. The world of folk music both national and international is yours to discover in this seaside setting in July. Enjoy an exciting line-up of Maritime, Traditional and Old-time Folk. As well the festival offers a variety of musical genres including Celtic, Jazz, Rhythm and Blues, World-Beat, Gospel, Bluegrass, Country, Acadian and much more. Come enjoy East Coast hospitality at its best on the Canso Peninsula. Always the first weekend in July.
