Bio: Established in 1924, Gerstle's has been home to some of the best Live Music Louisville has to offer for over 80 years. Gerstle's has taken on many face lifts over the years but one thing that has remained consistent is its' reputation for hosting and supporting Live Music of all kinds. Louisville has a great history for supporting Live Music and Gerstle's has always been a leader when it comes to providing a great venue for local and national live acts. We have always been and always will be a popular stopping point for touring bands passing through the area. 100% of the door proceeds go to our Live Music bands. So you can be assured that all your cover charge is going towards the support of the band and its' musicians. Offering Live Music 6 nights a week (Monday Night is Trivia Night), we house Live Music ranging from Blues and Rock-n-Roll, to Bluegrass and Americana, to the always popular Cover Bands playing all the great hits! With our state of the art stage, lights and sound system, every Live Music show is a concert production. Every Friday and Saturday night, after the Live Music has wrapped up, our In-House DJ takes over the show with all the popular dance hits! Whether it's Rock, Blues, Grassroots, Funk, Jam Bands or the ever popular Cover Bands playing your favorites, there is something to offer for all ages (21+).
