Bio: Fiddler's Dream celebrated our 36th anniversary in January 2023. We have now reopened and are back to live shows and our Thursday Acoustic Open Stage! Acoustic music of almost every kind is welcome, from Americana, to bluegrass, blues, traditional, Celtic, and much more. Our room capacity is 49, with all seats facing the stage, and is a true listening room. Our incorporating charter stipulates that shows are totally acoustic - no sound system, no amps or microphones, and no electric instruments except for our electric Yamaha piano! Fiddler's Dream showcases national artists as well as emerging acts, with an appreciative audience that is supportive of each performer. Every Thursday is our Open Stage Night, which began in 1996 and continues to provide a comfortable venue for songwriters to try new creations, or try a new take on an old favorite. During COVID, we did a Virtual ZOOM Open Stage, which was a lot of fun and kept the music connections going in the community, join us now that we are live and in person once again! We do have mask requirements for the audience to ensure as safe a space for our musicians, volunteers, and audience.
