Clyde’s of Chevy Chase opened first in 1985, just over the District Line in Maryland in Chevy Chase Center. Refurbished for a spring 2005 opening as part of the center’s renaissance as a luxury shopping destination, the restaurant is now a free-standing building with new neighbors that comprise the elegant Chevy Chase Collection.

 The main dining room is a re-creation of the legendary Orient Express, transporting diners back to the days of glamorous transcontinental train travel.
