"UT was formed in late 2006, with the aim to incorporate old school Melodic Death Metal into the heavy metal scene of Iceland. As the band grew and progressed in their musical direction, their perspective grew with it and the goals got higher; and in some cases maybe too high to reach.

In 2008 the band quit for reasons unknown and the members spread out into other projects with mixed results.
