Turbo Lovers began as a recording project in 2004 by guitaris/bassist/singer B.J. Lisko. Since then, Lisko has recorded four full-length albums with about a hundred different band members for Cracked Piston Recordings in Pittsburgh, Pa. The band sounds like "35 minutes of 'Whole Lotta Rosie,' give or take," according to Lisko. Turbo Lovers is the greatest rock 'n' roll band on earth no one outside of Youngstown, Ohio has ever heard of, and probably never will.

Die Hards Die Hard coming January 1!

The new Turbo Lovers album "Die Hards Die Hard" is coming January 1. Once again it will be released by Cracked Piston Recordings out of Pittsburgh. Currently Turbo Lovers is not gigging but will have a CD release show at some point in early 2012.
