TP & Esco first met and started their recording careers in college at The Citadel in Charelston SC. TP (Travis Piccard) is from Michigan and Esco (Michael Arias) is from Oklahoma hence the group's name TP & Esco. Team from the word go, both have a very unique approach to music known to be very creative while applying more vocals than the typical hip-hop artists today. 6 years par of recording and have completed over 450 songs in total with 5 unofficial albums titled: Warming Up (2004) The Lyrical Voyage (2005) From The Mug 2 A-Town (2006) Stamina (2007) Beyond (2007) (All of these albums are available below for free via soundclick). Their first officially released album titled "Connect" with production from their own in house producer Ill3k, is a mixture of brand new songs with several refurbished classic TP & Esco tracks from years of previous works. The release of this album was done up and hosted by McFadden's and sited at downtown Grand Rapids on January 12th of 2008. The "Connect" album was a huge impact on the legitimacy TP & Esco. With multiple local nominations for local hip hop awards, winning Best Radio Single with "Comma Suit Rah", "Connect" showed TP & Esco their direction of sound and image they had needed. (Connect is still available upon request). For 2009, TP & Esco's popularity exploded with their new album SINERGY which is a collaborative effort with other powerhouse Grand Rapids natives Fireproof. Receiving excellent reviews aided by the infectious lead single off SINERGY "Missterious", which broke into multiple charts across the country and top 40 in West Michigan. SINERGY is available for purchase in West Michigan Meijer stores for only 7.99 and of course iTunes for out of staters. Springboarding from the heart of their support in Michigan, Oklahoma, South Carolina TP & Esco continue to expand across the country and will keep pushing until they reach the forefront of music, not just Hip Hop.
