*****THE WATCHED supporting BRITISH INDIA**** Riding high on the release of their 3rd Top 10 ARIA album Controller Australia’s own British India will end 2013 with a run of live shows in capital cities to support their new single ‘Blinded’ Released in March 2013 ‘Controller’ saw an energized British India back at the top of their game, supported by their new record label Liberation and publishing giant Mushroom Music. The lead single from ‘Controller’ ‘I Can Make You Love’ proved to be the bands biggest release do date, selling 33,000 copies and delivering the band their 5th entry into triple J’s ‘Hottest 100’. ‘Summer Forgive Me’ and ‘Plastic Souvenirs’ continued the album’s forward momentum. The band will go off the road for 3 months to spend time in the studio working on new material for 2014. “One of the most solid bands in the country.” The Age “There’s no disputing the fact that live, British India are as good as any other Aussie act.” Rip It Up British India's game is to create one ultimate party out of feedback, fury and distortion… The AU Review
