NEWS 9-20-08

Sept 20th we will be tracking rhythm guitar on top of drums and bass which are finished for 8 upcoming "The War Within" songs.  October will be the month of lead guitar and vocals and hopefully a completely brand new DEMO to showcase what we are playing out live at the moment.  In the mean time please enjoy the remaining Cobbler songs that are still featured on our page here.  You can NOW go to itunes and search cobbler to buy both Cobbler albums "Stars Caught Fire" and "The Change In Frequency"  please support those records even though that band has stopped touring for the time being.  A lot of hard work was put into both records, please support it by checking it out on itunes.  The War Within has a lot in store coming in through the fall and winter and we want YOU to be a part of it!!! sign up on our mailing list to hear the latest and check the shows out that are coming soon in the VA and MD area!  New things on the horizon for THE WAR WITHIN!!!!

What can I say this was an amazing show, thank you to all the bands and their families and friends, and all the people behind the scenes who put their soul behind their work to make amazing things possible.  The show went great and we remember it like a dream.  This new album we're about to release has taken almost two years to reach the final product.  We have been funding it ourselfs to this point and have hit many bumps in the road prolonging its release even more.  We just want all of you to know how much it means to us that you come out to shows and pay your ticket price, because in that you are giving your piece to help us get the music we love to make out in tangible listening form.  We are lucky to have the people who are spending their energies helping us finish this record, we can't thank you enough.  THE best of Cobbler is still yet to come, we have so much new material that hasn't been recorded yet.....and pray it won't take this long again to get even more new music out to all of you...thank you!
