Bio
The Stillwells are a pop / indie band from Newcastle, UK and are the culmination of Regan Von Doom’s long (but ultimately underground) solo songwriting career. From 2000 Regan produced a number of EP’s and LP’s under various pseudonyms - John Whitaker the 3rd, Donell Carlton, Victor Von Doom to name a few.
In early 2008 Lola Rainbows recorded the specially written track In Jessica’s Room to feature on The Stillwells LP No More Superheroes. After hearing the track, Gavin Wins! joined The Stillwells to rewrite and rerecord the No More Superheroes album. With the addition of The Kraken and Gil the Enigma in 2009 the current lineup was formed and The Stillwells rode forth.

Regan Von Doom - Lead vocals, Rhythm Guitar, Keyboards
Maverick paranormal investigator turned sinister pop wizard, Von Doom is the principal creative force behind The Stillwells. His mastery of the songwriter's craft has been honed over several years in exile in England's hostile North East.
Lola Rainbows - Lead Vocals, Keyboards, Percussion, Backing Vocals
Beautiful native burlesque trooper Lola Rainbows is the sunshine that quells the dark clouds of Doom; her angelic voice key to the sound of this deviant rabble. Miss Rainbows was making a name for herself in Newcastle as an all round performer and singer when she was swept up by the whirlwind of culture that is The Stillwells.
Gavin Wins! - Lead Guitar, Backing Vocals, Violin, Misc.
Multi instrumentalist Gavin Wins! has been called back from wandering in the desert to answer the call of The Stillwells. Shaman and hermit Wins! brings years of experience, potent shaman magic and much needed gingerness to the unstoppable Stillwells train.
The Kraken - Bass Guitar
Sleeping far beneath the abysmal sea for countless aeons, The Kraken has finally awoken. It winds its many tentacles around a bass guitar; stomping out some mythical grooves and draining cans of Red Stripe like Ragnarok has come early.
Gil the Enigma - Drums
One day a man appeared from out of the mist. None knew from whence he came, none knew to where or when he would depart. All that was known regarding this shadowy figure was his name: Gil. The enigmatic drummer of The Stillwells remains shrouded in mystery.
