The SOME x 6 Band was officially born during the summer of 2002 at Nat Bailey Stadium, Vancouver BC. The band started out primarily as a heavy blues band . Influenced by artist's such as Jimi Hendrix,Cream, Robin Trower,and Stevie Ray Vaughn.
The band has released three live CD's consisting of both original and cover songs. In 2006 the band released a 4 song studio demo "The Edge Of Darkness". Brad Curtis is the main songwriter, vocalist and founding member of the band.
