SO, Sidewinder has been together non-stop since 1993. This particular -Diverse ROCK Line up formed in 2010. We came together through Fate. It was just meant to be. For musicians to form a band and not let ego's, politics or outside forces get in the way is nothing less than special. Mario as our sound engineer tweaks the knobs and makes the magic of our live sound happen. Come see and hear for yourself when we play in a city near you. “Thanks to our fans for making 2011 an incredible year. We Truly have the BEST fans on the planet. The Sidewinder Band has been booked every weekend, thanks to our wonderful fans, and lately we've been experiencing Standing Room Only crowds. I can't explain the feeling, other than elation.
We won a slot from the Pittsburgh X-Factor competition and went to to Chicago to compete at the Sears Center Arena with 10,000 other singers from all over the Country. An AMAZING Experience. We didn't move on because we were "sorry, you're are a "BAND". Oh well, the fact we got as far as we did on our harmonies was a compliment to us and we enjoyed the experience tremendously. Thank you FOX 53 and X-Factor. The Sidewinder Band wishes you and your family the Best Holiday Ever. Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah, have a wonderful Kwanzaa, Feliz Navidad whatever you celebrate, we hope it's the best HOLIDAY ever, and Sidewinder wishes you a HEALTHY, Happy & Prosperous New Year.
