A trip from Jersey, a Ween show, and a kidnapping are all elements that describe the first time Chuck and Angus met in Baltimore, MD in 2002. A brief stint into the seedy underbelly of Mobtown was all the two of them figured they would ever see of each other. Boy were they wrong!

So after some down and dirty detective work this weekend, involving a call to a record store in Seattle, I found that Wesley Willis wrote and recordedf a song about The Penny Regime, my old band in Baltimore. I have posted it it here on the meat department site, as there currently is no penny regime space.
