Big round of thanks to everyone who got awesome with us in Albany and Northampton this weekend! Cant wait to come back!
“The Hornitz are a unique musical duo that features keyboards, trombone, saxophone, organ, and a human beatbox rhythm section. Fashionably known only as Stoo and Friendship, the didactic duo schools listeners in a funky party vibe that combined with the right libations will set your head a spinnin'. I should also add that Stoo and Friendship are no strangers to the music scene. They've backed up such folks as George Clinton & The 420 Funk Mob, Guster, and State Radio among others, so these two 'cats' have their credentials in order. Check out the percussive mouth scatting in 'Flight Of The Bumble Beatbox,' the clever vocal sounds of 'Sofa King,' and the frenetic, Frank Zappa inspired 'Jeezus.' If you're bored with the same old crap your radio's blaring out at ya, I highly suggest you check out The Hornitz for something entirely different.”
